PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) is one of the most common consumer plastic type. The PET crushing washing recycling machine line is to crushing PET plastic into small size flakes, and washing the dirty flakes into clean, after dewatering, the clean PET flakes can be directly to produce new PET product, such as PET sheet, PET packing strap, and PET staple fiber etc.

And the PET pelletzing recycling machine line can make the after washing recycle PET flakes into small pellets/granules, that pellets/granules can produce more varity products.

Flowing chart of the pet bottle crushing washing drying machine:

1.Belt conveyor: to have a stable flow of quantity input, and minimize the labor cost, with metal detection optional.

2.Bale breaker: to open pressed baled bottle.by the two main shaft.

3.Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the roller seperator by the crawler belt which is moved by inside scroll wheel.

6.Lable Seperator: Remove the label from the bottles.

7.Manual Sorting Belt: If the label still in the bottle, worker can remove the label by hand. And can separate the different color by hand.

8.Metal detector: detect the metal part and warning.

9.Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the crusher by the crawler belt which is moved by inside scroll wheel.

10.Crusher: Crush the material into flakes

11.Screw Loader: transfer the flakes into the Hot washer to clean.

12.Dewaterring machine:remove the water with dirty things together.

13.Hot Washer: If the bottle is very dirty, like oil, other chemical, it must be use hot washer 95degree water.

14.Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the High-speed Friction Washer to clean.

15.High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.

16.Hot Washer: If the bottle is very dirty, like oil, other chemical, it must be use hot washer 95degree water.

17.Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the floating Washer to clean.

18.Dewatering machine: Rejection the hot washed washing powder water from the flakes,

19.High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.

20.Floating Washer 2: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the flakes more net and more white. Also is the necessary equipment of the bottle and bottle cap.
